Increasing domestic soybean production is very important. Various efforts can be made, including fertilization and using superior varieties. This study aims to determine the effect of biofertilizer application on the growth and yield of several high-yielding soybean varieties. This research was conducted at Jawa Village, Kejuruan Muda sub-district, Aceh Tamiang, on May – August 2020. The experiment was arranged in randomized block design factorial with two factors. The first factors was Gripolin biofertilizer, consisted of 3 doses level that is 0 ml/plot, 0.75 ml/plot and 1.5 ml/plot. The second factor was soybean varieties consisted of Anjasmoro, Grobogan, Biosoy 1 and Biosoy 2. The result showed that the application of biofertilizer had a significant effect on plant height, harvesting age, number of pods per plant, seed weight per plant, seed weight per plot, weight of 100 seeds, and production per hectare. The best application of biological fertilizers is at a dose of 0.75 ml/plot. Different varieties of soybean showed significantly difference for plant height at harvest, number of productive branches, flowering age, harvesting age, number of pods per plant, seed weight per plant, seed weight per plot, weight of 100 seeds, and productivity per hectare. The best variety is Biosoy 1 with production per hectare of 3.95 tons.  Interaction between biofertilizer and varieties were significantly effected on harvest age.
