Participation of farmers in irrigation network maintenances is important. One of participation by farmers is in the form of regular fees. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the value of farmers’ Willingness to pay for irrigation networks maintenance fees. This study was conducted in the irrigation area of the Gonggang reservoir in Magetan district. The subject is farmers that using irrigation. The sampling techniques used are purposive sampling with 114 respondents. The data collection technique used by observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study showed the estimated parameter of farmer education, land area, farm production, knowledge of irrigation network maintenance fees, and land ownership are significantly affected farmer’s willingness to pay.
